Corporations display psychopathic tendencies. In my humble opinion, psychopaths are created due to incapacity to assimilate social mores. The corporation as person has money to manipulate its reputation; therefore it suffers almost no penalty for ignoring social mores.
I suggest mandating that corporations’ true record become an inherent part of their identity.
