I threw this together for lunch and it was great!
Delicious Leftover Roast-Beef Salad: One Low-Carb Serving
Ingredients:
Leftover Roast-Beef – 120 grams
Lettuce Leaves – 4 large leaves
Mayonaisse – 1 sp
Dill Pickles – One large, for low-carb use salt-pickled
Making:
Cut the lettuce to thin strips and place in small bowl
Cut the roast-beef to 1/2 cm^3 cubes place on lettuce
